About the Role
As a Waiter for GastroJob.dk at Cori Table & The Jetty, you will play a key role in delivering a guest experience that is warm, effortless, and aligned with GastroJob.dk's service philosophy.
You act as a key part of the Front of House experience, ensuring that every interaction is thoughtful, attentive, and delivered with genuine care. With a strong presence on the floor, you contribute to a seamless flow of service where guests feel welcomed, relaxed, and fully taken care of.
To bring this vision to life, GastroJob.dk is looking for a Waiter who will help shape every moment of the guest experience. You ensure that every service, every conversation, and every detail reflects the spirit of CORI: warm, intuitive, and quietly elegant. You combine professionalism with natural hospitality and create meaningful connections with guests through presence, attention, and authenticity.
From pre-opening preparations to daily service, you will be part of building a service culture defined by collaboration, quality, and genuine hospitality.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will deliver high-quality service and contribute to a seamless guest journey across restaurant and bar experiences. Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering attentive, warm, and professional service throughout the guest journey.
- Presenting menus and providing knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverages.
- Taking accurate orders and ensuring smooth coordination with kitchen and bar teams.
- Serving food and beverages with precision, timing, and attention to detail.
- Taking ownership of the guest experience, anticipating needs and responding proactively.
- Handling billing and payments accurately using POS systems.
- Maintaining clean, organized, and service-ready tables and service areas.
- Supporting opening and closing procedures and daily service preparation.
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams.
You will also contribute to creating an atmosphere where guests feel seen, cared for, and able to fully relax and enjoy their experience.
What You Bring
You are a natural host who enjoys creating great guest experiences and being part of a collaborative team environment. You likely bring:
- Experience in restaurant, bar, or hotel service (preferred).
- A passion for hospitality and guest experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A professional, positive, and service-minded attitude.
- Attention to detail, quality, and consistency.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in English; a Scandinavian language is an advantage.
